Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 653.365

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(1) The minor is employed by the parent of the minor; or

(2) The minor is employed by a person standing in the place of the parent of the minor and who has custody of the minor. [1981 c.820 § 3; 1997 c.103 § 1]
