Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 675.163
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) ‘Authorization’ means a certificate, license, permit or registration issued by a regulated board that allows a person to practice a regulated profession.
(2) ‘Regulated board’ means a board that is listed in ORS § 675.166.
(3) ‘Regulated profession’ means a profession regulated by a regulated board. [2017 c.104 § 2]
