The Oregon Medical Board shall determine by rule what constitutes medical incompetence, unprofessional conduct, physical incapacity or impairment for the purposes of ORS Chapter 677. [2003 c.554 § 2; 2009 c.756 § 29]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 677.417
- Board: means the Oregon Medical Board. See Oregon Statutes 677.010
- Physical incapacity: means a condition that renders an individual licensed under this chapter unable to practice under that license with professional skill and safety by reason of physical illness or physical deterioration that adversely affects cognition, motor or perceptive skill. See Oregon Statutes 677.010
677.417 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 677 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
