- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Federal Reserve System: The central bank of the United States. The Fed, as it is commonly called, regulates the U.S. monetary and financial system. - Oath: A promise to tell the truth.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
- Violate: includes failure to comply. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
