- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The money for the purchase of real property sold under the authority of § 11-9-630 shall be paid only in gold, silver and United States currency. The proceeds of all such sales shall be deposited in the General Fund of the State.
