- Appellate: About appeals; an appellate court has the power to review the judgement of another lower court or tribunal.
If an offer be made under the provisions of § 18-7-100 and be not accepted and the judgment in the appellate court be not at least ten dollars more favorable to the appellant than the offer of the respondent, the respondent shall recover costs.
