Terms Used In South Carolina Code 44-69-40
- Department: shall mean South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. See South Carolina Code 44-69-20

A person desiring to obtain a license shall file with the Department an application on a form prescribed, prepared and furnished by the Department.
