Should an outbreak of any of the diseases which are commonly known as "foot and mouth disease," "vesicular exanthema," or "rinderpest" occur, the value to be placed on animals condemned and destroyed on account of being affected with, or having been exposed to, any of such diseases shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions of § 47-13-360 and funded in accordance with § 47-13-130; provided, however, that the limitation on indemnity for animals imported into the State within six months shall not apply to the diseases mentioned above in this section.
