Terms Used In South Carolina Code 61-4-710
- Person: includes an individual, a trust, estate, partnership, limited liability company, receiver, association, company, corporation, or any other group. See South Carolina Code 61-2-100
It is unlawful for a person to import, sell, or offer for sale in this State wines of which the labels, standards, or identity do not conform to the provisions of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 4. Imitation, concentrate, and substandard wines, as defined in Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 4, are prohibited from sale in this State.
