The board of county commissioners of any county shall have control of the sale, rental, and management of real property owned by the county acquired in satisfaction of schoolfund loan mortgages or through foreclosure, or acquired through taxdeed proceedings or in payment of taxes, as provided in §§ 7-31-1 to 7-31-36, inclusive.
