(a) A violation of this part is a Class C misdemeanor.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 57-6-114

  • License: means the license issued pursuant to this chapter. See Tennessee Code 57-3-101
  • Wholesaler: means any person who sells at wholesale any beverage for the sale of which a license is required under this chapter. See Tennessee Code 57-3-101
(b) It shall be mandatory on the local beer board to suspend the license or permit of the wholesaler for thirty (30) days for violating § 57-6-104, within the city or county where the violation was committed.
