Terms Used In Tennessee Code 63-30-106
- Division: means the division of health-related boards in the department of health. See Tennessee Code 63-30-102
- Registration: means satisfying the requirements for registration by the department of health. See Tennessee Code 63-30-102
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The division shall register an individual from another state who applies for registration, pays the applicable fees, meets or exceeds the requirements established by this chapter, and who has no imposed or pending disciplinary actions in any state.
