Terms Used In Tennessee Code 67-1-1605
- Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
In all cases, motions or suits in favor of the state shall have precedence over other causes on the docket of any of the courts.
