Terms Used In Tennessee Code 71-5-1008
- Fund: as used in this part shall mean the nursing home assessment trust fund created under this part. See Tennessee Code 71-5-1001
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
The fiscal review committee shall review and have oversight of the implementation of this part and the nursing home assessment trust fund.
