Terms Used In Michigan Laws 257.303a
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the suspension, revocation, denial, disqualification, or cancellation of an operator’s license, chauffeur’s license, or commercial driver license by another state or the United States shall run concurrently with a suspension, revocation, denial, disqualification, or cancellation of an operator’s license, chauffeur’s license, or commercial driver license by this state that is imposed for the same offense.
