Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 102.06
- Person: means a natural person or association of natural persons, trustee, receiver, partnership, corporation, organization, or the manager, agent, servant, or employee of any of them. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
An agent acting under Chapter 35 or 36 may not directly or indirectly have an interest in a package store permit or wine only package store permit or be residentially domiciled with a person who has a financial interest in a package store permit or wine only package store permit.
