Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 66.04
- Person: means a natural person or association of natural persons, trustee, receiver, partnership, corporation, organization, or the manager, agent, servant, or employee of any of them. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
A branch distributor’s license may not be issued to a person who holds a package store permit or a wine only package store permit, or to a person who does not meet the qualifications to be issued an original general distributor’s license.
