Terms Used In Texas Government Code 540.0255
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the contracting Medicaid managed care organization to:
(1) provide the information required by § 540.0058; and
(2) otherwise comply and cooperate with the commission’s office of inspector general and the office of the attorney general.
