An insurer that offers to waive surrender charges as described by Section 541.058(b)(4) shall provide reasonable notice of that offer to the insurer’s prospective or current contract holders. The notice may be provided by any available means, including a disclosure document or by display on a link that is prominently placed on the insurer’s Internet website.
