The commission shall adopt rules necessary to comply with Chapter 53, Occupations Code, with respect to the certification of persons under this subchapter. The commission’s rules must list the specific offenses for each category of persons regulated under this subchapter for which a conviction would constitute grounds for the commission to take action under § 53.021, Occupations Code.
