4-37-305. Fishing license not required to fish at fee fishing facilities — Transportation of dead fish.

A fishing license is not required to take fish from fee fishing facilities. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 4-37-305
- Fee fishing facility: means a body of water used for holding or rearing fish for the purpose of providing fishing for a fee or for pecuniary consideration or advantage. See Utah Code 4-37-103
| (2) |
To transport dead fish from fee fishing facilities the fish shall be accompanied by the seller’s receipt containing the following information:

species and number of fish; |
| (c) |
license number of the fee fishing facility; and |
| (d) |
name, address, and telephone number of the seller. |
