4-37-601. Enforcement and penalties.

(1)	Any violation of this chapter is a class B misdemeanor and may be grounds for revocation of the license or denial of any future license as determined by the department.

Under the Utah Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
class B misdemeanor	up to 6 months	up to $1,000

Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Food created in Chapter 2, Administration. See Utah Code 4-1-109
