Terms Used In Utah Code 41-1a-117
- Commission: means the State Tax Commission. See Utah Code 41-1a-102
- Division: means the Motor Vehicle Division of the commission, created in Section 41-1a-106. See Utah Code 41-1a-102
The commission and the division shall comply with the procedures and requirements of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, in all adjudicative proceedings conducted under this chapter.
