A. It is unlawful for any person to willfully and intentionally impede the lawful fishing of any species of fish. “Fishing” means those activities defined in § 29.1-100 as “fishing.”

- Person: includes any individual, corporation, partnership, association, cooperative, limited liability company, trust, joint venture, government, political subdivision, or any other legal or commercial entity and any successor, representative, agent, agency, or instrumentality thereof. B. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
