The board shall not disseminate any criminal history information gained through a federal background check, ordered pursuant to RCW 18.74.500, the physical therapy licensure compact, to the physical therapy compact commission or another state or state licensure board.

Terms Used In Washington Code 18.74.520
- Board: means the board of physical therapy created by RCW 18. See Washington Code 18.74.010
- Physical therapy: means the care and services provided by or under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist licensed by the state. See Washington Code 18.74.010
