Terms Used In Washington Code 24.03A.285
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
A registered foreign nonprofit corporation may withdraw its registration by delivering a statement of withdrawal to the secretary of state for filing under RCW 23.95.530.
