The board of county commissioners may adopt by resolution reasonable rules and regulations governing the construction, maintenance, operation, use, connection and service of the system of sewerage and/or water.

Terms Used In Washington Code 36.94.130
- Board: means one or more boards of county commissioners and/or the legislative authority of a home rule charter county. See Washington Code 36.94.010
- county commissioners: when used in this title or any other provision of law shall include the governmental authority empowered to so act under the provisions of a charter adopted by any county of the state. See Washington Code 36.32.005
- system of sewerage: means and may include any or all of the following:
