Washington Code 43.52.385 – Best interest of ratepayers to determine interest of agency

For the purposes of this chapter, including but not limited to RCW 43.52.343, the best interests of all ratepayers affected by the joint operating agency and its projects shall determine the interest of the operating agency and its board.

Terms Used In Washington Code 43.52.385
- Board: means the board of directors of the joint operating agency unless the operating agency is constructing, operating, terminating, or decommissioning a nuclear power plant under a site certification agreement under chapter 80. See Washington Code 43.52.250
- joint operating agency: means a municipal corporation created pursuant to RCW 43. See Washington Code 43.52.250
