Revenue bonds issued pursuant to this article may contain a provision therein to the effect that they, or any of them, may be called for redemption at any time prior to maturity by the county court, and at such redemption prices, or premiums, which terms shall be stated in the bonds.
Terms Used In West Virginia Code 13-2D-7
- county court: shall mean a governing body created pursuant to section 22 of article VIII of the Constitution of this state and any other governing body established in lieu thereof pursuant to section 29, article VIII of the Constitution of this state. See West Virginia Code 13-2D-3
