Wisconsin Statutes 14.035 – Governor may enter into Indian gaming compacts

State: when applied to states of the United States, includes the District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the several territories organized by Congress. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01

The governor may, on behalf of this state, enter into any compact that has been negotiated under 25 U.S. Code § 2710 (d).
