Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 234.22

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
  • Venue: The geographical location in which a case is tried.

The venue of any action or proceeding by the trustee under ss. 234.19, 234.20 and 234.21 shall be in Dane County.
