- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
Any person who willfully violates ss. 34.01 to 34.10, or any orders or rules promulgated by the division of banking under said sections, shall for each such offense be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both.
