  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.

No firm, partnership, corporation, or other group of individuals may use the title “Wisconsin certified appraisers,” “Wisconsin certified general appraisers,” “Wisconsin certified residential appraisers,” “Wisconsin licensed appraisers,” or any similar title in connection with the name or signature of the firm, partnership, corporation, or group of individuals.
