To facilitate the delivery of accessible, available and culturally appropriate social services and mental hygiene services to American Indians by county departments under s. 46.215, 46.22, 51.42 or 51.437, the department may fund federally recognized tribal governing bodies in this state from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (5) (kL).
