Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 782.34
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
When the proof mentioned in s. 782.33 shall also be sufficient to justify an arrest of the person having such prisoner in custody, as for a criminal offense committed in the taking or detaining of such prisoner, the warrant shall also contain an order for the arrest of such person for such offense.
