Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:4-91.6
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 30:1-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The commissioner, with the approval of the State Board of Control of Institutions and Agencies, shall promulgate such rules and regulations as shall be deemed necessary for the proper administration hereof and to give full force and effect hereto.
