Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 30:6-31
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
This act does not apply in any case where commodities are available for procurement by any State agency from any other State agency or political subdivision of the State as provided in R.S. 30:4-95
