Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 32:30-14
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
Pursuant to Article IV(h) of the compact, copies of by-laws and amendments thereto shall be filed with the Secretary of State of New Jersey.
