  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

The department may seek an injunction in the superior court to enjoin a person from violating Alaska Stat. § 08.40.00508.40.200.
