Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.40.280
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Petitions for the nomination of candidates must be executed under oath, state in substance that which is required for a declaration of candidacy under Alaska Stat. § 15.25.030, and include the fee required under Alaska Stat. § 15.25.050(a).
