- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
If an appointment is rejected, the governor, within 10 days, shall appoint another qualified person as provided in Alaska Stat. § 15.40.330, who shall also be subject to confirmation, as provided in that section.
