Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.45.430
- director: means the director of elections who is the chief elections officer of the state appointed in accordance with Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- election board: means the board appointed in accordance with Alaska Stat. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
The director shall provide each election board with at least five copies of the act being referred, and the election board shall display at least one copy of the act in a conspicuous place in the room where the election is held.
