Alaska Statutes 15.45.490 – Time of filing application

state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

An application may not be filed during the first 120 days of the term of office of any state public official subject to recall.
