At least 30 days prior to the day fixed for the next general district election, the county elections official shall have prepared a sufficient number of ballots for the voters of each resident voter district participating in the election.

Terms Used In California Elections Code 10526

  • Election: means any election including a primary that is provided for under this code. See California Elections Code 318
  • Elections official: means any of the following:

    California Elections Code 320

  • General district election: means an election held pursuant to the provisions of this part. See California Elections Code 10500
  • Voter: means a voter or elector as respectively defined in the principal act of each district or agency. See California Elections Code 10500
