A third person who acts in good faith is not bound to ensure the proper application of trust property paid or delivered to the trustee.

Terms Used In California Probate Code 18101

  • Person: means an individual, corporation, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, or other entity. See California Probate Code 56
