§ 24000There is established in the State Department of Health~
§ 24001For purposes of this division, "family planning"~
§ 24003A person shall be eligible to receive services pursuant~
§ 24003.2The basic preventive health services covered under this~
§ 24003.5Any male or female of reproductive age who is not at risk~
§ 24005This section shall apply to the Family Planning Access~
§ 24007The department shall determine the scope of benefits for~
§ 24007.5The program formulary shall include all federal Food and~
§ 24009Family planning services are confidential. All information~
§ 24011Providers shall submit claims for reimbursement for~
§ 24013Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the~
§ 24015The department may adopt emergency regulations as necessary~
§ 24017The program shall be exempt from the requirements of Chapter~
§ 24021The department shall conduct an evaluation of the~
§ 24023It is the intent of the Legislature that the State~
§ 24027The State-Only Family Planning Program established under~
