The Secretary of the State shall provide to each participating candidate a copy of the voter registration list for the state or the applicable district, which is generated from the state-wide centralized voter registration system established pursuant to the plan authorized under section 1 of special act 91-45 and completed pursuant to § 9-50b. The Secretary shall provide the copy in electronic format, free of charge.
