  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
    (1) Each person licensed under Florida Statutes § 559.952, that proposes to change the information contained in any initial application form, including any document submitted as a part of Fl. Admin. Code R. 69V-559.102, or any amendment thereto, must file an amendment pursuant to Section 559.952(5)(g), F.S., no later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of the change by submitting an Application for Licensure as Financial Technology Sandbox Innovator, Form OFR-559-FTS-001, which is incorporated by reference in Fl. Admin. Code R. 69V-559.1012, through the Office’s REAL System in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code R. 69V-559.1013
    (2) If the amendment filed in subsection (1) includes the addition of a natural person not currently listed on the application, the natural person must comply with the fingerprinting requirements in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code R. 69V-559.102, within fifteen (15) days after filing the amendment.
