- bonds: means bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness of the State issued pursuant to this part. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 39A-251
- county: includes the city and county of Honolulu. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 1-22
Special purpose revenue bonds and the income derived from the bonds issued pursuant to this part shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxation, except for inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes.
