- Director: means the director of commerce and consumer affairs. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 466L-2
An applicant for registration under this chapter shall file an application for registration with the director on a form prescribed by the director and pay a fee established by the director. The form shall require any information necessary to determine eligibility for registration.
